2. Purpose of Data Processing

We collect your personal data (Name, ID/Passport, Address, Phone, Email, and Relationship between travelers) for the following purposes:

• Legal Compliance: To report guest data to the SES.HOSPEDAJES (Ministry of Interior) as required by Spanish Royal Decree 933/2021.

• Tax Compliance: To fulfill our obligations for the N2 Land Registry Report and annual tax declarations.

• Booking Management: To process your payment, manage your reservation, and ensure a smooth stay.

3. Data Retention

In accordance with Spanish tourism and public safety laws, we are required to maintain a "Traveler Record" (Libro-Registro) for a period of 3 years. After this legal period expires, your sensitive identification data will be securely deleted.

4. Your Rights

5. Service Providers & Data Sharing

To facilitate a smooth check-in and coordinate your arrival, your name and telephone number may be shared with our authorized staff responsible for cleaning and key handover (the "Welcome Host").

• This data is shared strictly on a "need-to-know" basis for the sole purpose of coordinating your check-in, arrival time, and any urgent stay-related maintenance.

• Our staff is contractually bound to maintain strict confidentiality and must delete your contact information within 48 hours of your departure.
